20 of USA’s Best Galleries & Museums vote in the AMERICAN ART AWARDS, arguably the most prestigious online art competition. In 2022, painters, sketchers, digital artists, photographers and sculptors from 69 countries submitted JPEGs for the 50 categories — to win gallery affiliation, career launch, high scores, great press and/or $5,000 in prizes.

I was born in the beautiful Sardinia island. Art enthusiast from a very young age, early in my life I had my first contact with colors and canvases. After much travelling, I met the man who would become my husband. We got married and I moved to Florence, the place of origin of the Italian Renaissance and the cradle of great artists. It is exactly in Florence that my artistic growth is taken to the next level.
I began to paint martial artists, samurai, geishas', sport celebrities and more, and got important commissions both in Italy and abroad. I’m specialized in realistic portraits and express my best in acrylics. www.raffaellausai.com
