BIO OF 1ST PLACE WINNER:
Fabio Stefanini is an italian artist, born in Pesaro — Italy, passionate about pastel painting. He has a degree in fine art, University of Urbino graduated in 2013. He started creating his first works focusing on figurative portrait with human and animal subjects, still his first distinctive feature. He mainly work with hard pastels on paper, creating emotional and expressive portraits. His artistic reasearch is boosted by a crossed sign able to model shapes with a powerful colour intensity.
Fabio Stefanini è un’artista Italiano, nato a Pesaro, con la passione per la pittura a pastello. Ha frequentato l’accademia di belle Arti di Urbino, laureandosi nel 2013, durante questo percorso ha eseguito i primi lavori, concentrandosi sul tema del ritratto figurativo con soggetti umani ed animali,che contraddistinguono ancora oggi le sue opere. Utilizza principalmente i pastelli secchi su carta, realizzando dei ritratti espressivi ed emozionanti.
