Kristen Eisenbraun’s goal as an artist is to open the minds of others and teach them to unleash their own creative fantasies.

In 2018 Eisenbraun has already exhibited in 4 group shows and won several awards. She was juried into her first large museum exhibit, at the Marietta Cobb Museum of Art in Marietta Georgia. In the September ’18 issue of Southwest Art Magazine, Eisenbraun was one of the featured artists in the article “21 Under 31”. In 2018, she also won an Award of Excellence in the group exhibit “New Beginnings” hosted by Manhattan Arts International…. and first place oil painting at Society of Bluffton Arts, Annual Judged Show.

Though as a teenager she struggled with severe dyslexia, three years in a row she took home the first place award for her grade at the National Museum of Horse Racing and Hall of Fame. At the age of 18 her painting titled “Watching” won the Congressional Art Competition and was displayed in Washington DC at the Capitol building for a year.

Eisenbraun then spent a year studying in New York City at New York Academy of Art as well as taking classes and workshops at The Art Students League and Grand Central Atelier. Through high school, she grew from tutoring by several successful artists including David Kiphuth from Saratoga Springs, New York.

The highly-collected artist lives and works in Travelers Rest, South Carolina where she has a beautiful studio in the woods and the inspiration of nature all around her.
