20 of USA’s Best Galleries & Museums vote in the AMERICAN ART AWARDS, arguably the most prestigious online art competition. In 2022, painters, sketchers, digital artists, photographers and sculptors from 69 countries submitted JPEGs for the 50 categories — to win gallery affiliation, career launch, high scores, great press and/or $5,000 in prizes.

Here are the winners in CATEGORY 18, FUTURISTIC

1st Place Bio: BIOGRAPHY OF RAMÓN RIVAS

Born in the novelized Land of Don Quixote, Ciudad Real (Castilla-La Mancha / Spain). His family environment and the multidisciplinary influence of his professional activities; in sports, music, engineering, inventions and art, in Castilla-La Mancha and Madrid, was decisive for artistic creation, of a very personal and different style, called Rivismo, based on the application of Experiential Brushstrokes and , with the aim of bringing novelty and freshness to the world of art.

He has made exhibitions; Individual and collective, in; Spain, China, South Korea, Italy, Denmark, United States, among others. Present in several Art Fairs in the United States, there are also his works in the Museum collection, in; Spain, Denmark and South Korea.

He has participated in many books, art magazines and social networks, having received prestigious international awards.

The work he does defines his personal hallmark. He uses his creativity to be different and look for artistic proposals that surprise, excite and motivate.

He applies his imagination to develop creative, innovative works that interact with the viewer. His work is orderly and methodical. He supervises the good execution and composition. He also incorporates scientific and current issues. He makes the painting a walkable space for the viewer. He creates images of precision, with surprising density and such depth that they are visually captivating.
