BIO OF 1ST PLACE WINNER:

Oluwatosin Adepoju was born in 1999 and raised in South Western Nigeria. His journey into the art world has been one of continual learning, self-discovery, and growth. His works explore themes of introspection, mindfulness, self-reflection, solitude, serenity, and quiet.

Oluwatosin likes to say that his art is an extension of himself, embodying his core values as a mindful and peace-loving individual. His works reflect his journey of self-discovery and growth over the years, created predominantly with charcoal and graphite pencils on paper.

Throughout his nearly decade-long artistic career, Oluwatosin has gained notable recognition, including a feature in the prestigious Read to Impact African Art Magazine and an interview with Art Manifested Live in New York City, USA.
