Each May the American Art Awards organization selects the 25 Best Galleries and Museums in America, then in autumn these revered art institutions vote on online art to decide the world’s best contemporary artists.

America’s Best Galleries & Museums scored almost 2,000 works in 50 categories from 64 countries.

Winners in Category 31 are from RUSSIA, HUNGARY, GHANA, ROMÂNIA, ENGLAND, ITALY, GERMANY, USA & CHINA.

BIO OF 1ST PLACE WINNER: Elmira Safinavisual artist, lives and works in Moscow. Elmira received an academic art education, but she actively uses contemporary technologies.

In her practice, she mainly works with painting and 3D objects, freely experimenting with her cultural background.
