BIO OF 1ST PLACE WINNER: Debra Gerald was born in Amarillo, Texas, USA. As a self taught artist, she began drawing as soon as she could hold a pencil. Animals and flowers are what she finds most interesting, but also enjoys painting landscapes, seascapes and recently people. Debra has placed every year, starting in 2019,in the American Art Awards, World Art Awards and the Collector’s Art Awards. Her art was published in Spotlight Magazine, numbers 28 and 30 and has been awarded two Artistic Excellence awards from the Circle Art Foundation.
